The 2026 Greater Toledo Choice Awards are your opportunity to showcase the work, people and accomplishments that set your company apart.
With categories spanning new construction, remodeling, design, marketing, sales and more, the Choice Awards recognize outstanding work throughout the Greater Toledo home building industry. Our distinguished Grand Awards, including Builder of the Year, Remodeler of the Year and Associate of the Year, recognize members for their excellence, leadership and commitment to the HBA and our industry.
Entries are open through October 1, 2026.

ENTRY CRITERIA: Review the 2026 Call for Entries for a complete list of categories, submission requirements, photo guidelines and judging criteria.
COST: The entry fee for paid categories is $80 per entry. Grand Award categories are free with at least two paid category entries. Companies will be invoiced by the HBA for all submitted entries. Entry fees must be paid in full prior to the Awards Banquet. No refunds will be given.
ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be members in good standing of the Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo. Project eligibility requirements vary by category and are outlined in the Call for Entries.
ENTERING: Complete a separate online submission for each category you are entering. Be sure to review the Call for Entries first so you have the required information, photos and supporting materials ready to go.
JUDGING: Entries are evaluated by judges from outside the Greater Toledo market. In categories with only one entry, a minimum of 70% of the available points is required to qualify for an award. The HBA reserves the right to eliminate, combine or expand categories based on the number and quality of entries received.
Winners will be announced at the HBA Annual Banquet & Casino Night on November 12, 2026.
