2026 Parade of Homes Builder Information

The Home Builders Association of Greater Toledo invites builder members to participate in the 2026 Parade of Homes. The Parade is an opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship, connect with potential clients, and highlight the quality and professionalism of HBA-member builders.

Getting Started

Step 1: Review the Builder Information Packet for participation requirements, deadlines, and event details.
Step 2: Complete the Home Registration Form (early entry discount available through June 30)
Step 3: Submit Home Details, Marketing Materials, and Builder Story Information by July 22 for inclusion in Parade guidebook.
